The Madheshi Commission has recommended to the government to take action against the defiant and chaotic groups that show sexual and communal behavior in the Nepal Premier League (NPL). The commission said that in the match between Janakpur Bolts and Karnali Yaks under Qualifier-2 of NPL, a defiant and chaotic group showed sexual and communal behavior towards Janakpur Bolts.

"It seems that the security agencies in charge of the state do not take any action against those exposed through different types of media, and it seems that there is no sense of responsibility," the statement of the commission said.  The commission said that although the constitution, laws and laws reflect all social customs, there has been no change in thinking and behavior.

'The constitution, laws and laws of any country reflect the civilization-culture-customs-tradition-thought-behavior and social customs of that country . The Constitution, Acts, and Laws have provided legal punishments against discrimination, wrong customs, touching. However, despite the legal system, it seems that such discriminatory thinking and behavior still exist in practice,' said the Commission. 

The discriminatory and racist thinking towards the Madhesi community, which is currently seen in one sect, will definitely cause problems in the country building.  'In front of the Janakpur players in the NPL, they chanted indecent and insulting slogans. The action which is highly reprehensible and against the law is a punishable act," said the statement of the commission.

The commission has appealed to act and be sensitive to immediately legally punish those who show defiant and indecent behavior . The commission has also recommended action in the home administration. 

Meanwhile, after Janakpur Bolts match against Sudurpaschim Royals, the Janmat Party said that the Madhesi community fans were sexually assaulted. Janmat Party has drawn serious attention to the attacks and beatings by some young people with racist thoughts, targeting people from the Madhesi community who were celebrating the victory in Kathmandu after the final match of the NPL. The Janmaat Party has also requested the home administration to identify and take action against people involved in apartheid activities. 

Similarly, Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa has also said that the sexual and communal behavior towards the supporters of Janakpur Bolts is very sad. Chief Minister Thapa has also requested the government to take immediate action against those who do such activities. He mentioned that such activities cannot be accepted under any pretext and said, 'These actions cannot be accepted under any pretext . No if, no but .'
