50-year-old Sushna KC from Pokhara Nagadhunga is restless after the money she collected in Suryadarshan Cooperative by selling chutcha for the treatment of heart disease was trapped. She hoped that she would be caught involved in co-operative fraud and get her savings back.

"Instead of protesting here, I would have thought about how the savings of the victims can be returned," she said while looking at the RSVP's demonstration in front of her while selling hotpots in a cart on Wednesday. ' 

Ravi Lamichhane, president of RSVP and former deputy prime minister and home minister, has been in Kaski police custody since last Friday. He is accused of misappropriating funds transferred from the cooperative when he was the managing director of Gorkha Media Network Pvt. His party has been demonstrating in Pokhara since Saturday after he was arrested from Kathmandu on Friday and taken to Pokhara and detained. The RSVP has demanded the release of the chairman saying that it is a political revenge. 

At the time when justice should be given to cooperative savers, the victims savers are dissatisfied that the leaders and activists of RSWP have launched a campaign to escape from the scope of investigation. The Suryadarshan Sattapidit Sangharsh Samiti and the Sahakari Sattapidit Sangh Kaski published a statement on Wednesday and demanded that the investigation and court on Lamichhane should not be affected under the pressure of the RASWP. They demand that there should be a fair investigation whoever is involved in the fraud of the victim savers in the troubled cooperatives across the country. 

Reminding that they did not help when they refused to express their problems and submitted the memorandum, Suryadarshan Sgtpidit Sangharsh and Ad Hoc Committee Pokhara and Sahakari Sgtpidit Sangh Kaski said that the current performance and program of RASWPA has no justification.  "Today, when the party chairman comes under investigation, he is going to return the victim's money in a bag, as if he is going to return the victim's money. After the arrest of the party chairman, it seems as if the sun has shone on the bell," the statement said. It is felt.' 

After the arrest of Lamichhane, while submitting to the court for an extension of time, both the RSWP workers and the co-operative victims protested on Sunday. Asha KC, a resident of Pokhara-2, Vindhyabasini, carried a four-year-old son on her back and was shouting slogans in the Tantlapur sun during the demonstration of cooperative victims. "Give us justice, return our money deposited in the cooperative," she was shouting. Asha said that she has savings of Rs 64 lakh in Suryadarshan Cooperative. She is now forced to live in a dera after selling her house and not getting back the money she deposited in Suryadarshan Cooperative in Nalamukh. They say Ravi and GB took the money we saved. Whoever took it, we had to get our money,' she said. 

Raswapa is demonstrating in Pokhara by bringing activists from Kathmandu, Chitwan and other districts. After not getting Pokhreli's support in the demonstration, the leaders and activists of RSVP are going door to door and trying to gather support. RSWP leaders have been going door to door in Pokhara's main market and surrounding wards since Tuesday. Some leaders are staying in Pokhara and some are doing Kathmandu-Pokhara. 

RSVP is also meeting the co-op victims individually and collectively and calling them to protest. The Sangharsh Committee has objected to this as an attempt to incite the cooperative victims. On Monday, a team of RSVP leaders had a discussion with the Sangharsh Committee. In that discussion, the co-operative victim said that he did not hear about the problem when the RSVP was in government. RSVP spokesperson Manish Jha accepted this and offered to protest together now. 

The coordinator of Sangharsh Samiti, Kiran Shrestha, said in the discussion that even after filing a complaint against Lamichhane on January 22, the RSVP did not question the victim even once. "On the contrary, it came in a way that it was not reported," he said, "It was not acceptable to say that the 650 million of Gorkha media will overshadow the 87 billion who did not listen to us when they were in the government for two or two times."

Surya Pokharel, the coordinator of Mitramilan Sahakaripidit Sangharsh Samiti, said that in the name of door-to-door and interaction, the leaders and workers of the RSVP are inciting and threatening. He said that the then Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane had threatened him when the co-operative victim filed a complaint last January.

RSVP Gandaki General Minister Naveen Tripathi claimed that the MP's team went door to door to understand the problems of the common people and not to threaten or provoke the victims. On 14th May 2080, the victim submitted a letter of attention to UML, Congress, Maoist Center, RSVP, United Samajwadi Party, Nepal Samajwadi Party, demanding to take initiative in solving the problem. The victim savers submitted a memorandum even when Raswap Chairman Lamichhane came to Pokhara on December 6, 2080. Lamichhane, who was preparing to show a black flag at the next day's event, silenced the victim savers by saying that he was not involved in the co-operative fraud and that he was with the victim.
