167 people have died in this year's monsoon disaster from May 28 to Wednesday. In the disaster, 50 people have gone missing and 4,272 families have been displaced.
3 people died in Kathmandu valley, 25 people in Koshi province, 6 people in Madhesh province and 30 people died in Bagmati province due to floods and landslides in various parts of the country due to incessant rains. Similarly, 52 people have died in Gandaki province, 33 people in Lumbini province, 8 people in Karnali province and 10 people in Sudurpaschim province.
Similarly, 11 people in Kathmandu Valley, 37 people in Koshi Province, 10 people in Madhesh Province, 19 people in Bagmati Province, 44 people in Gandaki Province, 13 people in Lumbini Province, 51 people in Karnali Province and 14 people in Far West Province. was injured. They have been treated at local hospitals.
Due to the disaster, 2 people have gone missing in Koshi province, 42 people in Bagmati province, 4 people in Gandaki province, 1 person in Karnali province and 1 person in Far West province. Police said they are looking for them.
A total of 384 houses have been inundated due to floods. 268 houses, 100 sheds, 43 bridges, 2 schools and 2 government offices were damaged. Likewise, 763 animals and four-legged friends have died and 4,272 families have been displaced due to the disaster.
