Respected leader of CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Jhalnath Khanal has said that his party may also participate in the new coalition government. Respected leader Khanal has said that if the ruling coalition makes a formal proposal, his party can join the government.

In a conversation with News Agency Nepal at his residence in Dallu on Tuesday afternoon, Khanal said, 'We will not reject it if there is an agreement to go in a respectful manner. Let's take it positively. But we are not going to beg them to involve us.'

On Wednesday morning, the party has called a secretariat meeting to discuss the latest political situation in the country. Leader Khanal gave an initial response that there would be no problem in going to the government if the alliance presented a blueprint for policy, program, planning and vision.

Leader Khanal said that his party will continue the efforts in favor of left unity more intensively. He also said that the hope that the latest political developments will save the country from crisis has grown in them.
