Water has started flowing over the bridge near gates 38, 39 and 40 of the barrage. According to the latest measurements, 541 thousand cusecs of water is flowing through the Kosi barrage. All 56 gates of the barrage have been opened. Vehicular movement has been stopped on the barrage bridge.
