Bardiya of Lumbini region has seen the lowest rainfall. Similarly, in Banke, Rolpa and East Rukum, less than 140 mm of rain fell in the last 24 hours, according to the records of the water measuring stations.
Siddharth highway along with Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan and other districts highways and roads in rural areas have been closed due to continuous rain. The Ridi, Rudraveni Wamitaksar Burtibang road connecting Baglung via Palpa, Gulmi has been blocked due to landslides at dozens of places.
