Due to floods and landslides, at least 20 families have been displaced in different places of Lumbini province. Landslides have damaged more than 40 roads in six mountainous districts. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law of Lumbini Province, 80 people from 20 houses of Palpa's Tansen municipality, Rainadevi and Bagnaskali rural municipality have been displaced.

Due to the landslides, most people have been displaced in Palpa. Among the 12 districts of Lumbini, Palpa has received the most rainfall. According to the records of measuring centers kept at four different locations of Palpa by the Department of Water and Meteorology, it has been shown that 350 mm more rain fell in Palpa on Friday and Saturday. Due to continuous rain, only 9 families have been displaced in Tanesane Municipality-5 Kailashnagar of Palpa. 

Similarly, 3 houses in Chhatrakot rural municipality-2 of Gulmi and one house in Triveni rural municipality-6 of Rolpa have been displaced, according to the ministry. The information officer of the ministry Gangadhar Pandey said that the landslide has also caused damage in Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan and Rukum East and the details are being collected.

Similarly, most of the roads in all the hilly districts of Lumbini province have been blocked due to continuous rain. Traffic has been blocked on major roads including Siddharth Highway, Kaligandaki Corridor, Madan Bhandari Lokmarg, Sahid Marg in Rolpa. According to Shyam Bahadur Khatri, Superintendent of Police, Lumbini Province Highway Safety and Traffic Management Office, Butwal, there have been dozens of landslides on roads such as Ridi Tamghas road in Gulmi, Ridi Rudraveni Wamitaksar road, Tamghas Chaldi Simlatari road, Arghakhanchi Sandhikhark Gorusinge road, Tamghas Sandhikhark etc. Landslides have blocked the road. "So far, there has been no human damage," he said.

Shahid Marg in Tribeni Rural Municipality of Rolpa, a hilly district of Lumbini Province, has also been completely blocked by landslides. Similarly, the police said that the Ridi Tamghas road section was also blocked due to landslides in different places of Chhatrakot Rural Municipality of Gulmi. Religious area Ridi Kaligandaki has been submerged due to increased water flow. 

Dozens of landslides have occurred in the Mairamare area of ​​Kalimati in Naubahini Rural Municipality, Simalchaur in Garjeni of Mandvi Rural Municipality, Pakhuri Khola of Sarumarani Rural Municipality in Pyuthan Bhaluwang road section of Pyuthan. The main and subsidiary roads of Pyuthan and Rukum East have also been blocked. Landslides have occurred at three places on Shahid Marg of Rolpa. Terai districts of Lumbini Province, Rupandehi, Paschim Nawalparasi, Kapilbastu, Dang, Banke and Bardia are also inundated.
