Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane has made it clear that investors will be protected in Nepal. Speaking at the Third International Investment Conference on Monday, Lamichhane said that on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs, security will be guaranteed when investing in Nepal.
He mentioned the background of obstruction by other groups and political parties' sister organizations in Nepal and made it clear that the Ministry of Home Affairs will fully protect the investors.
In addition, he mentioned that the government has amended the laws keeping investors in mind and urged foreign investors to increase their investment in Nepal.
