Financially strong people also complain of not getting good treatment

Any person cannot contribute effectively to employment unless he is healthy. Therefore, health is an important and first issue of human aspect. For that, it is necessary to see whether the state has been able to advance it as a priority or not.

Investment in health has not been done as required. As much as the investment has been, the maximum return has not been achieved . It is necessary to reconsider the issues related to health, amend the existing laws, create new laws and change the system.

In today's context, how much money do Nepalis have to spend for treatment? When earning 100 rupees, Nepalese have to spend 54 rupees. According to the government data, 5 lakh Nepalis are going below the poverty line every year due to having to spend 54 rupees. Even people who have strong financial capacity for treatment complain that they are not getting good treatment . So there is a need for structural reforms. Along with policy reforms, structural reforms should also be linked to the priority issues of the state.

The manpower we need has been produced, has gone abroad. These people easily get visas when they apply for them. They can go anywhere and get the maximum salary facility. Nepal qualifies, but their destination is outside . Is the state guilty of that? Therefore, if a person goes out, the state should think about why he went. Have we given the minimum wage to the health workforce, doctors, nurses, etc. for their work? Health sector personnel should get more facilities than civil servants. The more individual capacity is enhanced, the more the country will benefit. For example, if after doing MBBS, he goes to work in a remote area for three years, the government should make arrangements for him to get an MD . Therefore, the present practice is not perfect. If many corrections are needed, a new topic should be added. Health and education should be resource oriented to link employment.

Quotas in teaching hospitals are interdependent as they are linked to quality and regulation. The government will give the maximum number based on the maximum capacity, 100 students cannot be taught in a 50-bed hospital. There may be a situation where more students can be taught with more hospital equipment and more teacher time. I am trying to create a position to produce maximum manpower without compromising on quality.

It is necessary to do a lot of work at the provincial level  is . We have not even got the minimum facilities that we should get . Due to the development of AI, robotics etc. in the world, there should not be a situation of not touching it . Good governance with technology health, the process of providing services to common citizens and making citizens competitive is also necessary. In the process of digitization, we should be able to take all areas. If we don't use technology during treatment, our citizens will go out for treatment. If the service sector cannot be developed in such a way as to earn credibility, they do not say that they will treat it in Nepal. Credibility can be gained only by using the technology developed in the world .

It is necessary to make education technology-friendly. If we can assimilate education and technology, more competitive citizens will be produced and employment opportunities will be created. If we continue traditional education and do not make timely changes, we will not be able to create jobs and make competitive citizens.

We are not able to make education employment-oriented, creative-oriented, resource-oriented and technology-friendly. The use of technology should be developed within the overall governmental and non-governmental mechanisms. There is a position to create employment opportunities, to develop a competitive system . Because education can provide skilled manpower . If we can connect overall education with technology, we can develop all aspects . Content is part of education. How much knowledge should a person acquire? Working within the nation, contributing to the nation's development, and using the nation's resources are another topic. It became another topic to acquire the skills to use both of these in a technical frame . All these subjects are related to education .

If citizens get an education to absorb all the subjects, they can contribute to the country by getting jobs quickly and achieving prosperity in the country . Wherever you go, you can become a citizen. The use of technology should be facilitated. But in Nepal, is creation first or law first? A poet does not wait for the law to give or not to write a poem . The law doesn't wait to see if it blows. If the creation has come first, then it will be converted into a legal format . But what we did was that if a new topic came up, we kept stopping it because it was not given by the law . If there is a new subject, a useful subject, then there is a position to use it by making a law.
