Uddhav Adhikari, the coordinator of Agriculture Campaign for Food, said that there is dominance of non-farmers in agriculture and they are doing whatever they have to do to get the subsidy. He concluded that the main problem of agriculture is that 90 percent of small farmers are deprived of subsidies and the distribution system of subsidies is like plants on one side and sewage on the other.

It is said that the target group does not get the agricultural subsidies distributed by the government, even if the small farmers get it, it is insignificant, why?

First of all, there are few programs in agriculture. Second grant programs are few. Thirdly, the government could not come out of the circle of workers . Fourth, small farmers do not have access to subsidies. The policy itself has cheated the small farmers . There is a government policy to eliminate small farmers . Whether it is from the updated project of the Planning Commission. Looking at various policy documents of the government, small farmers are not friendly. When talking about the subsidy given to big farmers, we should look at the graph of imports . The situation of import has increased. Results are not visible . Why is the grant of crores going only to those who have access? A volume of this is due to transaction .

On the one hand, the grant money is not effectively implemented, on the other hand, the grant has not given good returns, where is the problem?

This also makes the small farmers not so interested. The awareness program should be done by the government, but it is not interested in it.
