I was studying in class 6 in a local school. The age was just 13/14 years. As the financial situation weakened, the family found it difficult to survive. And then in 2069 I went to Kalapahad in India with my friends.

At that time, I got an opportunity to work in an agricultural and Bangur firm in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat, India. After working in Bangur firm for almost 6 years, I returned to my country around 2075 because I had to do something at home. At the same time, I got an opportunity to take training on pig breeding from the Animal Hospital and Animal Services Office and started breeding pig.

Starting with two-four and after reaching 12/15 bangur, I registered the firm . I took a loan of 10 lakhs from the bank at a concessional rate and started rearing bangur professionally. In the beginning, the sale of Bangur's patapathi for meat earned a good income and household expenses were easily covered. Even earned some money from it . While thinking of increasing it further, in 2078, all the children and mother of Bangur died due to illness. There was a loss of about 16 lakhs. I could not get compensation from anywhere . The bank started asking for principal and interest. Now I am going to the nursery because it is difficult to pay the loan.

Seeing that everyone is operating a nursery, I also operated a fruit nursery . It has been four years now. In the five tunnels in the nursery, there are orange, lemon, timur, walnut plants . After running the nursery, this year I sold 6 thousand oranges at 55 rupees, 3 thousand lemons at 65 rupees and 13 thousand timur plants at 18 rupees and earned 4 lakh rupees this year . Last year also I earned around this. With the money earned from this nursery, I am supporting a family of 5 people and I have paid 9 lakh rupees out of the 1.6 lakh loan incurred while rearing bangur .

I am now 28 years old . Friends of his age have all gone abroad. My wish was to study in the country and become a doctor instead of going abroad. Due to the weak financial situation, all the responsibility of household expenses fell on his own shoulders . After that, when I had to go to Kalapahad to earn while studying, my desire remained unfulfilled.

Although his desire to become a doctor was incomplete, he managed an agricultural and livestock firm with the aim of showing something by doing something in his own country. Due to the disease, we could not get success in the breeding of bangur, but we did not lose heart . I have been working in the nursery continuously in the morning, afternoon and evening. This nursery is now becoming an integral part of my life and a means of paying off the debts incurred in the past .

In the past, I was forced to drop out of school and go to Kalapahad in India to pay for the house at a young age. No need to go anywhere now. This has given me and my family employment. There were five plastic tunnels in the nursery . In which there were orange, lemon, timur, walnut plants . This year, after selling all the orange, Timur and lemon plants to the farmers in the district, now I have planted the seeds for berna again and I am also making cuttings.

Now we have to prepare kiwi, walnuts and hay rolls . However, I am not a student of agriculture, but I am working in a nursery based on some experience and some technical support. During the operation of the nursery, there has been some problem in irrigation.

I am doing drip irrigation by collecting water from a small spring near the house and collecting it in a thousand liter drum. Despite placing demands on the relevant agencies for irrigation, no assistance has been received. I am currently teaching my two sons with the money I earned from the nursery and I am also studying Plus Two.

After starting the fruit nursery, now my wife and mother are helping me in the work . Day-by-day rising prices are cutting neto . Educated people have gone abroad after becoming unemployed. As the trend of going abroad is increasing, the young generation has stopped appearing in the rural areas of the district. My only desire now is to stop the young generation from going abroad and lure them into agricultural work . Economic prosperity is not possible without agriculture. That's why I want to engage the young generation in agriculture .
