There is a house near the bus park in Palpa's Tansen Municipality-6. Now I have a small shop on the steep hill of the bus park. It has not been long since my work took the form of a shop. Earlier I used to work by pitching tents in the square. In doing so, he had to pay 5 rupees daily to the municipality.

Earlier, the bus park was like a shop under the stairs of the house on the top of the hill. It's only been 7/8 years - shutters have been placed under the stairs to protect the goods . That's what made the eyes of the employees of Tansen municipality trick.

This shutter is not made by a housewife. I made it myself . No need to pay rent to the maid. But at home, I do the work that I have done. I pay the electricity bill . Monthly electricity bill is 1500 to 2000. Looking at my shop, the work doesn't show anything . However, there is a lot of work. Therefore, 2000 to 2500 jobs are received daily. I will save at least 1500 . Even if you don't see a lot of work, there is always a lot of work to be done. Repairing household items in a small shop .

I used to make and repair small stuff from the age of 17/18. I have been working on sewing machines, sewing machines, motors, fans, gas stoves, lights, lighters, gas stoves, cookers, sharpening, umbrella repairs, etc.

For 9 years I worked in Tamghas in Gulmi. I used to make things like umbrellas, lights, gas, stoves. There were few people who worked like this in Tamghas . Earnings were also good. But more was spent on deravada, shop rent, food expenses etc. . However, his wife also used to help him. After my father passed away, I returned to Tansen . Then mother asked to sit . One day, mother said, "Father will pass away, now I will pass away." My heart was broken and I started living again in the square above Tansen's bus park by repairing household items. On the words of my mother, I left Gulmi and returned to Palpa.

I brought all the goods from Tamghas in Gulmi and sat at home. Has two sons and two daughters. The elder son works in a shop . I am worried because my eldest son is not paying attention to his studies . The younger son is studying management in Kathmandu. Both daughters are married. Work is also sad. But to the uninitiated, it seems like a normal job . The wife sits near Tundikhel with jewels on the bed . But no business . It used to be, now the business has stopped.

Although my work is technical, I did not initially train . I participated in Skill Nepal training only after 40 years of working. Call, have only trained in sewing machine repair . I trained only once. 20/25 people took training but none worked .

I am a normal family man . Our ancestral wealth was not much . I have spent my life doing this. After reaching this age, I have built a house . There are 6 rooms in the two-storey house. Some amount is still owed. I have paid the installment with this income. The elder son earns a little. Younger son has to be taught. If I read it, I would teach everyone.

Now there is a lot of trouble in managing household expenses. At the time I was making umbrellas, stoves, pressure cookers in Chowpari, I used to get 50 paisa of the present three big market greens. They used to bring home-grown vegetables in a tapri. One, two, five rupees, now you have to buy greens for 50 rupees. Items bought in Mohor Mutha, Poka are now not available at 50% discount. First, money was expensive. Now money is cheaper. Goods became expensive .

When I remember working in Tansen's market area for 45 years, it seems that I have gone through many ups and downs . Now the kitchen has become expensive. The first one or two thousand was enough to support a family of six people. Now even if there are three people in the house, 10-15 thousand is not enough. Too expensive . The government should think about this matter .
