”Hunder-Thakkar opened a factory to make iron tools”

As soon as I wake up in the morning, I light the fire in the aran. I have made a shelter for Aran by covering it with zinc on the roof that I built on the side of the road. I am now 58 years old. I have been doing this job for 45 years to pass the time and to raise household expenses for my family. The article was not read. There was no other solution. I have embraced traditional skills. From this, the meso that brings mud to the mouth is mixed.

Similarly, at the age of 19, I entered Kathmandu in search of work around 2043. Aaron's skills came in handy there too. I worked as a silver ring maker in Kathmandu till 2052. They used to pay 5 rupees per ring. 2,000 to 2,500 per month was earned. After that, I started living in Kathmandu with my family. Made a living making rings for 9 years . At that time, foreign tourists used to buy silver rings. Home affairs were going well.

In the year 2052, the then Maoist rebellion started . It hit the tourism sector . After the tourists stopped coming, I also lost my job . After that, while looking for a job, he got a job in a pipe factory. No matter how much money was spent in the factory, he was able to support a family of 5 people. When there was no one to help me, I returned to the village with my family. After coming to the village, he started to earn a living by plowing. In Bhimeshwar Municipality-4 Jilu, they used to use plows to make clubs, spades, sickles, and give grain. So it was enough to eat in the evening and in the morning. He didn't need much money while living in the village.

In the year 2058, I bought 3 ropani land in Bhimeshwar-5 with the money I had saved and moved. Balighare was the custom here as well. I worked for food and wages. Aaron's work only stopped bearing . I went abroad to earn money in 2061. After not getting a job, I returned to my country in one year . After coming to the village, this skill from childhood came into use . Keeping 2 sons and a daughter at home with my wife, I came to Charikot bus park in 2062 and started making garri in a shop. I used to make gagri on charcoal all day and walk back home after evening.  There was no fare to board the

bus. Sometimes the bus didn't come . At that time, 500 wages were paid for making a new gagri . They used to pay up to 1500 in the old drama. Even if I worked hard, I could make up to 5 Gagris a day . After starting to make Gagri, some money started to be saved . I used to deposit the saved amount monthly in the cooperative. The price was increasing .

Children's education and family were very strong. Sahuka Gagri also stopped selling . I took a loan from the co-operative saying that I would rather open an aran myself. In 2065, the director of Jankalyan Savings and Credit Cooperative gave a loan of 20,000 to start a business for saving 5,000.

I took a loan from the cooperative and bought iron . Open your own factory . I started selling the tools made in Aran to the market. The demand is increasing . After repaying the loan, I took a loan of 1 lakh from the same cooperative to increase the business . Grow your business by borrowing and repaying . I also taught my two sons the ancestral profession . Now I am running the house by paying the loan of 5 lakhs taken from the cooperative. Me and my wife Renu work in Aran . The money earned by the expensive can be used to pay house expenses and loans. Renu beats the iron and I shape it . There is a good demand in the market now. People who walk through this road also buy as needed in the

factory . Renu takes it to Charikot and sells sickles and khukuri throughout the day . I have run the house with the earnings of the factory. I also used to make iron carts in the factory. There was also a demand from Dolakha, Ramechhap, Okhaldhunga. Good income was being made . I used to give the cart I made in the market to a businessman for 3,000 . The merchant used to sell it for 4,000 . Later, traders bought thin iron carts from India for 2500 and sold them for 4000 and started making profit. My car is undersold . If you want a better car now, they will come. I sell iron tools from the factory worth 40,000 per month.

17,000 monthly loan installments. The rest of the money is enough to support a family of 5 and buy iron. It takes 4 sacks of rice in a month. It has become difficult to buy and eat rice because of the high price. There is also expenditure on pulses and oil. Working in iron requires strength, to grind iron one has to eat fish meat . The festival is coming, it has to be celebrated . Aaron's income is enough to pay the debt and eat. I have opened a separate factory for my sons. Both sons make carts and sell them. Now the income will increase . Although

is an ancient profession, the demand in the market is increasing . Can't be made . If there was a person, the cooperative would come to take the loan . I would have increased the business if I had got people to work. The current generation is shy to do this. I give salary, I also give you food, you can't find a person who works. So the income could not be increased . The dream is to build a house with the money earned from this factory. If I earn money, I want to travel around the country with my wife Renu.
