The son who is camping in Birganj sometimes comes to visit but does not give a single penny as 'Aama Lau'
Although the ancient thalo was Kalaiya sub-metropolitan city of Bara, he has been living in Ramgarhwa in Birganj for 30 years. My age must have been 65 years. I am living alone when I need support.
17 years ago I became alone after the death of my husband Rameshwar Sah . He had a sudden stroke. When you are taken to the hospital, the doctor will not be able to save you no matter what you do, but rather take you home . I served him for 2 months after bringing him home from the hospital. Then leave me alone forever .
2 daughters and 1 son were born from us . After growing up, the daughters went to their respective homes after getting married. Now the daughters are in Birgunj. Son Sanjay is camping with his family in Birgunj. Sometimes comes to visit . But they don't give a single penny as ``Ama Lau''. Maybe he didn't reach him.
It took 30 years for him to run a tea-breakfast shop by building a shop on a businessman's land in Birganj for a living. Both of us managed the shop when I was a husband. Now I run it alone . The moneylender does not take a single penny for land rent . Those moneylenders have understood my poverty and pain. This camp has become my friend and world to remove my loneliness . Residence and business are in it .
is not an ancestral property . There are relatives . But I have no right in the ancestral property since it has been shared. Children have citizenship. My citizenship has not yet been created . After the death of my husband, I once deposited 10,000 rupees and went to get citizenship. Even that 10,000 was eaten by the "broker". I felt old while waiting for citizenship, Nepalis have not yet become citizens.
Social Security Allowance is not available due to non-citizenship. I was seriously ill two months ago. There were no relatives at that time . I reached the hospital on my hands and feet and passed out after taking medicine. If I leave for a long time, I am worried about who will watch it. Now there is a lot of pain in both knees . The back also hurts a lot .
shop has a daily business of 500 to 1000 rupees. If you trade from 800 to 1000 rupees, you will hardly save 200 rupees profit. Previously, washing dishes and washing clothes in the local's house would earn more. I can't do that now. On the other hand, those who have served the age pay medical expenses when they are ill or in difficulty. Paray Baru is his own .
10 kilos of rice is enough to eat for a month. There is not much expenditure on rations as tea and breakfast have to be cooked. About 3/4 thousand is spent on rations per month . Maiti is in Lalparsa of Virgunj. As long as my parents were there, they used to bring bags of rice. Now there are siblings. Sometimes they bring a lot of rice. They also give clothes 2/3 times a year.
During the rainy season, this village also gets flooded. At that time the shop is closed . I take refuge in the house of neighbors for one/two months . Maybe because I spent my life without a home, I feel like I would have been given a house of my own . Have your own small concrete house even if it is on two land plots. Where I can live in peace . I only see Sapna and Bipana sleeping in their own concrete house . How many survivors now! I am not ready to fulfill my dream of building my own house this June.
