Although I was born in Gulmi, after marriage I came to Tansen-1, Barangdi Kharipani of Palpa. In Barangdi, there was one and a half ropani land belonging to the husband. After the Tansen municipality dug a road through the middle of that land, now my small house is also at risk of landslides.

Not only the house, but also the life is in danger . Now I am 51 years old. Bringing my younger daughter along, I have been making a living selling vegetables, corn, and fruits in Tansen Chowk for 13 years. Before doing street business, I used to do hotel business in Taksartol of Tansen Municipality. However, the hotel also did not run well. 

It's been 9 years since my husband passed away. A little income from hotel business was also spent while treating her husband . Among my three daughters, the eldest and Mahili are married. Kanchi Tansen's Janata studies in 12th standard in Mavi. He was able to educate his two daughters up to class 12 by doing business on the street. With the support of Maiti and my earnings, I married Janet's two daughters. 

I have rented a room in Tansen Bazar. Earlier I used to do business near Bhagwatitol, Taksar, Laharepipal, Tundikhel. Now I sit in Andolan Chowk and sell vegetables, fruits and corn all day and come back to my room in the evening . Even after eating and going to bed, the next morning, the eagerness to do the same thing again does not make him fall asleep. 

Tansen municipality chases to remove those who do business sitting in the square . First, while sitting next to Tundikhel, he was chased . I have told you to make me a house when the city police come to drive me away . Sometimes I feel angry that a dozer made a road on my land. 

Lately, the business has decreased due to the increase in street vending, but the prices have increased . 2,000 to 2,500 transactions per day. But could not save . I am saving little by little in the cooperative. 15,000 to 20,000 per month including room rent, water, electricity, food, daughter's education and so on. Must buy everything . The price has increased day by day. The cost of salt, oil, rice, spices and vegetables has also become expensive every day. I have no other income. 

You don't sit and calculate that you earned so much in a month . My happiness is that I have taught my two daughters up to plus two with my own effort . I gave them in marriage. Sometimes if I earn a lot, I spend the saved money in non-business months . I have been doing business on the same street for years . Property is nothing . If I can, I will buy a new house and build a house. 

After taking the road from the village land, I applied to the district administration office for justice. The administration sent an application to Tansen municipality. Even though the municipality went and submitted an application, it was not heard. After that, I have filed a case against Tansen municipality in the court. The court has asked to pay compensation. Tansen Municipality has replied to the residents of the village that the road has been dug up. I have filed a case in Butwal High Court for my justice. But it doesn't seem like there was much hearing . My house has been destroyed by the road.
