Vice President J.D. Vance said on Tuesday that US President Donald Trump may decide he needs to take "further steps" to stop Iran's nuclear program.

"The President has shown remarkable restraint in focusing our military's attention on the safety of our troops and the safety of our citizens," Vance wrote in X. He may decide that further steps are needed to end Iranian uranium enrichment.'

Meanwhile, according to information received from Tehran, Iranian media reported that heavy explosions were heard in Tehran on Tuesday as airstrikes continued between Iran and Israel for the fifth day in a row.
