According to Karnali, Bipin was selected as an iconic player among the 5 best players selected from the selection program held in Birendra Nagar, Surkhet.
Karnali has selected Manish Thapa, Nischal Rawal, Rajprasad Shah and Arvind Gharti along with Vipin from the 'talent hunt'. They have already played the national tournament from the state. According to the club, special training has been arranged for the remaining four players.
