Due to corruption in Nepal, injustice and inequality have increased in every sector, the thought that people in leadership will do whatever they do is not acceptable.

A civil government was formed after the Gen-G movement. Former Chief Justice Sushila Karki has headed the government. In the government, a person with expertise and experience in the relevant field has been given the responsibility of the ministry related to the same field. In this way, it will be the first time in Nepal that every ministry has an expert minister in the field. Such is the cabinet that Jen-Ji wants.

In the past, the party and its top leaders used to give responsibilities to the leaders on the basis of share. Party establishment and leaders of other parties used to participate in the government by dividing their shares. Only the leaders who are close to the party leadership have become ministers several times.

In the government of the coalition, other parties also gave ministry responsibilities to the leaders according to their interests. It only fostered corruption, irregularity, impunity. Good governance and development were not felt by the people.

However, now the expert is handling the relevant ministry. When a skilled person with his studies, skills and working in the same field for a long time works in the concerned ministry, the results will definitely be better than expected. The country we want is not Switzerland, Thailand or America. Nepal should be like Nepal. The soil here should be suitable for development.

A deep study is needed on how economic development can be done by including Nepal's wonderful nature and unique culture, and how tourists can be attracted. On this basis, a plan should be prepared to make Nepal more beautiful and prosperous. Our aim is to make the Nepal that the people want.

Our demonstration was not for elections. The election was to be held after two years. The main objective of our movement is to end corruption and improve the country. As it happens, good leadership must come. The country cannot progress if people return to their old tendencies. Therefore, the arrival of competent and honest leadership is essential.

I am clear that we should all obey the constitution. We should proceed based on the constitution. But the policies that seem uncomfortable with the needs of the people should be modified gradually. I have no personal opinion on the removal of direct executive, keeping federalism. Due to the inaction of the leaders, the people are now disappointed with the state government. I don't think the state structure itself is bad. Our generation must now increase vigilance.

In the initial phase, we have not been able to do immediate work for the families of the injured and the dead. We have to take necessary steps for justice and financial support for the families of the deceased and the injured.

Development of a strong, transparent and people-oriented governance system is our main goal. Ensuring the rights, freedom and justice of every citizen is our priority. All citizens should have equal opportunities and access to justice should be accessible to all. The government should be able to listen to the voices of all sections of the society and give priority to their interests.

No matter who gets to the leadership, we need to be steadfast and proactive in ending corruption. There are many accusations against the top leaders who have led so far. If found guilty after immediate investigation, action should be taken according to law. Corruption is not only done by the big leaders, our system itself encourages political corruption and corruption is rampant down to the lower levels of the state. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the weakness of the system and work on improving it. Corruption seems to have increased due to weaknesses in planning management.

In Nepal, injustice and inequality have increased in every sector due to corruption. Now the Gen-G generation must play the role of watchdog. It is not acceptable to think that people in leadership will do whatever they want. Even if it is a small mistake, you have to take responsibility for it. Now we have to understand the needs of the people and act according to their wishes.

We have to carry out the work according to the best plan, keeping the relevant experts in each field. This ensures positive results in the future. It is necessary to ensure the use of digital systems, regular reporting and citizen participation to make government work transparent. It increases the monitoring and effectiveness of policies and helps to reduce corruption.

The government should introduce discount and support programs to increase the export of materials from Nepal to foreign countries. For that, an in-depth study is needed on what type of policy to adopt in which product. As it happens, increasing exports should be our priority.

There are examples of some people in the leadership of the previous government blocking even good programs due to personal interests. In the days to come, the government should remove this trend and encourage production and exports that will benefit the country. We should adopt a mature policy in the diplomatic field as well. I think we should have good relations with all countries. We have little time now. A lot of work needs to be done.
