"As this commission has a mandate to receive and analyze information or petitions related to physical and human damage and to give necessary opinions regarding action, after receiving reports with opinions from the commission in accordance with that mandate, the attention of the commission has been drawn to the statement issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on 2082/06/09 that the government of Nepal will act in accordance with the law," the statement said.
