The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission, which is investigating the killing of 134 plants of 'lychee plantation' in Batulechaur, Pokhara, Kaski, has taken a statement from Arjun Prasad Pokharel, the former secretary of the Ministry of Land Management.

 The authority took statements from the then federal affairs minister Rajkumar Gupta, former land management minister Ranjita Shrestha, the then chief cargo officer of the land office Kaski and Sujan Lama, the main middleman of the land killing scheme, and took a statement from former secretary Pokharel on Tuesday.

The audio of Pokharel accepting a bribe of 5 lakhs from a gang involved in the land killing game has become public, while when Gupta was a minister, an audio was released with the fact that he was involved in the transfer of money to make Khem Bahadur Pun, the UML district leader, the chairman of the Land Problem Resolution Commission in Kaski .

Gupta's Sujan Lama of the gang to make Pun the president. And ex-minister and Naupa president Shrestha sat down and dealt bribe with minister Gupta in the minister's quarters. Gupta resigned from the post of minister after being involved in this case.

In this case, the current Minister of Land Management, Balram Adhikari, also claimed to have received a bribe of 32 lakh from the gang, but the official is still in office. A complaint was filed with the authority on 10 June 2082, demanding action against those involved in the plan to kill the land of litchi plantation and the bribery case.
