The decision to impose curfew was made after a discussion in the Ministry of Home Affairs with the Minister of Home Affairs, Ramesh Akhtar, Inspector General of Police, Deepak Thapa, Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, Rishiram Tiwari. Assistant Chief District Officer Ashok Kumar Bhandari, who is also the Information Officer of the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, said that the information will be uploaded shortly.
