Since India has allowed to import electricity even from 132 kV transmission line, it is now possible to import 1,04 MW of electricity in winter. Nepal will be able to import 600 MW from Dhalkebar-Muzaffarpur transmission line, 54 MW from Tanakpur, 300 MW from Kataiya-Kushwa, Raxaul-Parwanipur and Gandak-Ramnagar transmission lines and 50 MW from Mainhia-Sampatia in total 104 MW.
