Arrest warrants have been issued against 14 people, including Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the National Independent Party (RSWP) and former deputy prime minister and home minister, to investigate the co-operative fraud.
The bench of Judge Krishnajung Shah of District Court Kaski gave permission to arrest 14 people including Lamichhane on Friday.
