Nepal Oil Corporation has stated that the risk remains due to the gas bullet that flowed from Balkumari in Lalitpur and got stuck in the bridge at Chaisal.
The Corporation issued a statement on Saturday and said that even though the gas has leaked from the bullets washed away by the floods in Hanumante Khaela, the risk remains. The corporation has requested not to use incendiary materials in the surrounding area and not to go near the bullet till it is removed from the place.
The bullet of Valley Auto Gas Pvt Ltd in Balkumari, which was swept away by the flood of Hanumante River, got stuck on the bridge at Chasal. After the bullet got stuck under the bridge, the flow of water was also stopped. Because of this, water entered the houses of the surrounding locals.
