Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly on October 10, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This year's General Debate of the General Assembly is 'Leaving No One Behind: Working Together for Peace, Sustainable Development and Human Dignity for the Present and Future Generations'.
Prime Minister Oli will participate in the opening session of the general debate of the General Assembly on October 8 and the reception organized by US President Joe Biden on October 9.
While in New York, Prime Minister Oli will also address the conference as the chairman of the Global Coordination Bureau of Least Developed Countries, according to the ministry. He will also address the group high-level meeting on the existential threat posed by sea-level rise and the high-level meeting on 'antimicrobial' resistance.
