Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Badri Pandey has said that the government is serious about the plane crash. He informed the parliamentary committee that the ministry is seriously studying and action will be taken soon.

Minister Pandey said that he is going to take a legal and constitutionally mature decision while answering the questions asked by the MPs about the plane and helicopter Durghana in the Thursday meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee under the House of Representatives.

'We have been involved in taking action against subordinate agencies. Especially after the plane crash of Solar Airlines, we are in trouble," Minister Pandey said, "What I don't want is for a decision to be made on the initiative of the minister and for the restoration to be done in some other way and for the minister to sit there. There is no moral right to stay there. The decision made by the minister must have been reviewed in terms of constitutional law. Must be universally accepted. If not, the minister does not have the moral right to stay there, we are discussing accordingly. I want to assure you that this committee will know soon through the Chairman and the country will know.' In the

committee, the parliamentarians demanded an investigation only by suspending the responsible officials. They said that they should not be kept in the position even on the basis of morality. Minister Pandey said in this regard, 'There have been some issues including suspension. The question of morality lies in the individual and is not something that can be imposed by someone else.  The question of my morality rests upon me. The question of someone else's morality lies in that. Morality is not imposed by imposition. We are investigating what are the difficulties and complications to go through the legal process.'

Pandey said that he would not stay in the post of minister even for a moment if the question of ethics was raised against him.

Stating that there are many distortions in the field of culture, tourism and civil aviation, Minister Pandey said that he is interested in solving them.
