In the government led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, 21 ministers, including two deputy prime ministers, have taken oath. The Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers took oath after Prime Minister Oli took oath. This time some new faces have been included in the cabinet.
This time Parsa got 3 ministers . From Parsa, JSP Nepal MP Pradeep Yadav, Congress MP Ajay Kumar Chaurasia and UML MP Rajkumar Gupta have become ministers. Yadav was earlier the health and population minister in the Pushpa Kamal Dahal government.
Chaurasia became the assistant minister for local development in 2058. Gupta became a minister for the first time. Yadav has been given the responsibility of water supply minister this time.
Similarly, Chaurasia has become the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Gupta has become the Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration. Yadav is an MP elected from Parsa-1, Chaurasia Parsa-2 and Gupta from Parsa-3. Congress MP Ramesh Rizal, elected from Parsa-4, was the Industry Minister in the Maoist-Congress coalition government.
