The government has announced to make public service delivery faceless, paperless and contactless through the maximum use of information technology. In addition to this, Finance Minister Barshman Pun said that 'Friday program with customers' will be conducted to improve public service delivery and improve performance.

Presenting the budget for the financial year 2081/82 at the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday, Minister Pun said that public services will be made technology-friendly through e-governance.

'A program will be held on Friday with the service users to get feedback from the service users regarding the work done through regular dialogue between the service users and the service providers, to address the complaints immediately and to improve the work performance,' he said, 'through e-governance, the quality of public services will be improved by making them faceless, paperless and contactless. It will be done.'

In addition, he said that a zero-tolerance policy will be taken on corruption. "From the point of view of corruption, high risk areas will be identified and promotional, preventive and remedial measures will be adopted in an integrated manner for control," Minister Pun said.
