One arrested from Kathmandu for making statements saying there will be no elections

A person named SP Shah has been arrested on charges of making statements saying that there will be no elections on 21 Falgun. SSP Santosh Khadka confirmed that a team of the Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested him from the Babarmahal area. He had also been making strong comments in protest against the arrest of Durga Prasai on Monday evening.

He had also made a statement saying that he had a dream of 'misbehaving with Prime Minister Sushila Karki and Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal'. He had made a statement saying that the government was formed with the sacrifice of 78 youths and that Gen-G was betrayed. Therefore, he had said that what came in his dream could come true. 

Police have said that he has also been taken into custody for investigation on the charge of spreading fear among the people. Police had arrested Dharmendra Bastola of the NCP majority, who opposed the election, along with his party's Kavre secretary on Tuesday.
