Ramkali Khadka, executive director of Women's Skills Development Institute, Pokhara, said that women who have not been educated should be stopped from going abroad. Speaking at the second session of the 'Gantavya Gandaki' program organized by Kantipur Media Group in Pokhara, Khadka said that the government should allocate budget for job creation.

"Educated people go to European countries and uneducated women go to the Gulf countries, the government should stop that," she said, "The government should allocate a budget to provide employment to women, the government should have paid attention to them." He said that the government should pay attention to what to do. "Lately, we have been saying grants/subsidies, but they say they don't get loans without collateral," she said. She also told that most of the women are leading in the handicraft business because they can earn. "They will be able to stay at home, have fun, and earn money, so we are taking initiatives to increase the participation of women in the field of handicrafts," she said.

According to the data released by the Nepal Handicrafts Federation, one million people are involved in the field. She also said that there will be an annual turnover of more than 12 billion from the handicraft sector alone. "There is a situation where daughters who have not passed SLC and are forced to go abroad," she said, "they are not very ambitious, they are being forced to go abroad to give their children higher education and run a household." He argues that it will also help to reduce.
