Women can be found dancing joyfully to portions of his songs within Tik Tok and Reels. The song released on Manju Paudel's YouTube channel has been viewed more than four lakh times.

During the restructuring of the state in 2072, a violent incident took place in Tikapur on August 7 during the agitation of Tharuhat and Akhand Sudurpaschim in Far West. In that incident, 8 policemen and one policeman died. He was prosecuted as the main planner of the incident and the Supreme Court sentenced him to life imprisonment. Resham, who has been sentenced since 1974, received amnesty from President Ramchandra Paudel on the occasion of Republic Day in 1980.

Whether in or out of prison, Resham never stopped writing and creating. Filled with words and music in the feeling of being locked in four walls -

Silk music was also played in the election campaign of Civil Liberation Party and played an important role in the campaign . Even around 044, Resham remembers playing Madal while singing the Teej song in the village. Teej was not considered much in our community. But we had family intimacy with the women sisters of the hill community . At that time, I used to play Madal and sing songs, they used to dance,' he says . 

Around 068, Manju Paudel asked Resham to write Teej song. To write later, write for others . For whom he wrote after listening to the song 'Utshrunkhal' that he sang at that time  Resham will not like the day . After 072, the Tikapur incident happened. The song remained within itself . While in jail, Manju used to visit Resham from time to time. Even later she used to remember the Teej song . This year, that opportunity arose . 

As soon as Teej is mentioned, the word that comes to mind is 'Bari Lai'. According to him, "Bari Lai" means "Bedna". "How does that namisi come out in the song," he wondered. Maybe his song has come, these days it seems like Teej has come to Resham after a long time. "The Teej song has come to me after a long time," says Resham.
