No matter how bright it looks inside the screen, the 'reality' of the 'reality show' sometimes comes out. Rather than the happiness of being a winner, the struggle to get the money and gifts after being a winner is eroding the magnificence of 'reality show'.

Why are the winners chasing after the organizers for months for the prize to be received after the 'reality show'? Behind this, is there some obligation of the organizer or the intention? 

Let's listen to Buddha Lama who won the first 'Nepal Idol'. It was 7 years ago . During a grand event at the Grand Mall in Doha, Qatar, Lama was declared the winner of Nepal Idol 'Season One'. The organizers handed over a copy of a huge check of Rs 20 lakh to him in public. On the same day, Mahindra KUV 100 cars and an album worth 1.5 million were also signed with the organizer. After winning, he was covered in all media and social networks for days. Kayan was surrounded by fans for days. But behind this shock was his own frustration. 

He told, 'I had to struggle to get the winnings for a year and a half.' He  He also narrated the experience of celebrating a few months after winning. In the early days, He also said that he was waiting for the management to contact him to give the gift money. But days passed. But the organizer did not contact.

After three months passed, there was no final news from the management  He himself went to idol's office to ask for money. The management promised to give the money after the program. But one and a half years have passed since we relied on such an assurance. He said that he had to suffer a lot to get the gift money. 

Lama recalled the grief given by the organizers after the victory, 'It was a time when I didn't even have 1/2 rupee in my pocket. What to do now? was said to be . There was a hope of two/four paise, that hope also made me disappointed . I was very sad, I was under a lot of stress.'

He will release a new song at that time  He said that he was troubled by the ambivalence of whether to perform the concert and was more worried about not receiving his gifts and money on time. He said, 'When he asked for money, he used to talk, he didn't even care . I got a lot of grief . One and a half years passed. They didn't understand the other's time, ignored it . The Buddha lama walking quickly in the joy of victory is only a representative character. The only difference is, some people kept silent about such harassment while others spoke bravely. Poit became the winner of Idol 2 last May,  Simeon Sukita Rai from Sikkim. At that time, it was announced that a cash prize of 10 lakhs would be given to Rai. Lama recounts the unpleasant experience of being harassed for one and a half years due to the managerial weakness of the organizer . He said, 'At that time, the management also had a weakness . The other reality was in the first year. At that time, others did not know . However, there was a lot of neglect on my part from the management side.' 

The organizers of the lama reality show are of the opinion that the prize money should be provided to the winner at the specified time . "I think it's good that the management has given the prize money to the winner on time . It will encourage new talent. Grooming should be done in the same way,' said the Lama, 'You should not hang it like this, you should have informed that it will be late . However, it was not fun for us to walk in the media saying that we did not get the money we deserved. Time is important for everyone.'
