The leaders of the said party have been alleging that the truth about the death of Madan Bhandari and Jivraj Ashrit has not yet come out. Meanwhile, Madhav Nepal, KP Sharma Oli and Jhalnath Khanal have become the prime minister from the same party. Late Madan's wife Vidya Bhandari has also become a minister and president several times. However, UML leaders allege that the Dasdhunga incident was not investigated.

Who will investigate and investigate the accident? The answer to that is not with the left leaders . Bhandari, the then General Secretary of UML and Ashrit, Head of Organization Department, died in a jeep accident in Dasdhunga on 3rd May 2050 . Even after 31 years of the incident, the discussion has not been resolved . The debate about Dasdhunga accident or murder continues. 

In 2048, Vidya Bhandari became a candidate in the by-election of Kathmandu Region No. 1 where Bhandari was elected as MP. In 2048, Madan defeated Nepali Congress President Krishna Prasad Bhattarai. In the by-elections, Bhattarai was also the candidate from the Congress.

Even after the election, UML did not stop demanding a fair investigation, calling Madan-Jivraj's death unnatural and calling it a premeditated murder. But no one could reach the reliable facts of the incident. The report of the commission formed by the government under the chairmanship of former Additional Judge Prachandaraj Anil to investigate the Dasdhunga accident concluded that the deaths of leaders Madan and Jeevraj were due to an accident. The committee formed under the chairmanship of the then member of the UML Standing Committee and MP KP Sharma Oli called it a 'planned murder'. The country did not only lose a 'popular' leader due to the death of the UML leader in an accident, the country also suffered huge human and material losses due to the movement in their name. 

In this background, with the aim of finding out the reality of the Madan-Jivaraj accident, the Left-wing intellectuals formed another investigation committee in conjunction with the left-wing leader Padmaratna Tuladhar to investigate the Dasdhunga accident . The said committee was formed on 6th June 2050 . In the activity of the evaluation magazine, 23 members of the Left Vuddhijivi were included in the committee under the leadership of Tuladhar, the coordinator of the citizen investigation committee which was formed at the public level. The investigation report given by the said committee 7 months after the accident was made public on 15 January 2050.  The conclusion of the

report was – 'Madan-Ashrit's murder is planned and not a simple accident.' A skilled criminal group was involved in the murder. The report also suggested that the incident should be investigated by skilled crime investigation experts and investigative techniques. Tuladhar, the coordinator of the

committee, also accused the government of not showing the necessary readiness to investigate the murder case and not investigating. The Tuladhar inquiry committee had decided that the Dasdhunga case and the deaths of the leaders were unnatural and well-planned. In the report, it was mentioned that the leaders were killed or rendered unconscious by the use of pesticides before causing the accident, as stated by the Oli Commission. Based on London's Elder Master Forensic Lab report, Dr. It was mentioned in the report citing Bharat Pradhananga . The members of the

committee were Kalyandev Bhattarai, Sarvagyadev Tuladhar, Harshanarayan Dhaubhadel, Vishwanath Pathak, Krishnaprasad Sivakoti, Uddhav KC, Dipendra Bahadur Chhetri and others. Shyam Shrestha was the member secretary. It was said in the report, "Lama is the driver who knows best about this incident". Scientific technology should be adopted and information should be obtained from the lama.'' Some experts said that the accident made more of a mystery than a revelation. 

Kantipur Dainik published the news on 16th of January 2050 on 16th January 2050, including the findings or suggestions of the investigation committee which was formed from the people. But Madan-Jivaraj's death and incident facts  It has not been discovered for 31 years. The report prepared by the Oli-led inquiry commission formed by the party has not yet been made public in detail. According to UML leaders, where the report is, even the party line does not know . 

The only character who had information about the accident, the jeep driver Amar Lama, was also killed and all the evidence was almost destroyed . Driver Lama was abducted from Kalikasthan in Dillibazar on 12th July 2060 and taken to Nayabazar in Kirtipur and shot dead. After his murder, all grounds for investigating the death of the UML leader have been completely destroyed. But even now, UML leaders have raised the voice that the death of Madan-Jivraj and Dasdhunga incident should be investigated from time to time.
