Nepal Rastra Bank has increased the housing loan limit. On Friday, Governor Vishwanath Paudel announced the monetary policy for the financial year 2082/83 and said that the limit of housing loans has been increased.
Rastra Bank The credit limit for construction/purchase of private residential houses has been increased. Now, while building or buying a private house, a loan of up to 3 crore rupees is available. Earlier, a loan of Rs 2 crore was available.
The National Bank has said that such loan-to-value ratio will be up to 80 percent when building or buying a first house. In the case of others, it can be maintained up to 70 percent, according to the National Bank.
