Nepal Rastra Bank has said that it will facilitate initiatives such as providing loans for studies related to information technology included in the policies and programs and budget of the current financial year, facilitating loans to promote youth entrepreneurship.
Announcing the monetary policy on Friday, Governor Mahaprasad Adhikari said that the National Bank will provide necessary facilities to provide loans for acquiring practical education such as medicine, engineering, information technology, accounting. He said that facilitation will be carried out based on the policies and programs taken by the government.
Likewise, the governor official expressed commitment that the loans from banks and financial institutions mentioned in the budget statement of the current year 2081/82 will be encouraged for innovation. "In order to promote entrepreneurship among the youth, efforts will be made to provide easy and simple access to credit," he said.
