Out of the 110 proportional candidate list, 3 candidates have been included from UML, 3 from Nepali Communist Party, 1 each from RPP and RSVP. However, the Congress has not included any candidate from Kavre in the proportional list.

Eight people from Kavre have been included in the closed list for the proportional representation for the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21.

Indra Bahadur Tamang of Temal Rural Municipality, Bhakta Kumari Lama of Panchkhal and Sumitra Bhochhibhoya of Banepa Municipality have been included. Indra Bahadur Tamang was defeated for the post of Temal Rural Municipality Chairperson in the 2079 local level elections. She is a secretariat member of UML's Bagmati Province Committee. Bhakta Kumari Lama was defeated for the post of Deputy Mayor of the Municipality in the 2074 local level elections. She is currently the Deputy Secretary of UML's Bagmati Province Committee. Sumitra Bhochhibhoya is a central member of the All Nepal Women's Association.

Similarly, Deepa Shrestha has been included in the proportional candidate list of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) from Kavre. Shrestha is included in the list of 110 proportional candidates submitted by the RPP to the Election Commission for the House of Representatives. She is from a civil engineering background. 

Similarly, Ram Lama from Kavre was included in the proportional list submitted by the National Independent Party to the Election Commission. He is number one in the indigenous nationalities (male) category. A professor of mechanical engineering at Kathmandu University, he is also the coordinator of KU's Green Hydrogen Lab. 

The list submitted by the Nepali Communist Party to the Commission includes Ramedevi Tamang of Namobuddha Municipality, Deepak Sharma Jangam of Banepa Municipality, and Rahar Singh Lama of Temal Rural Municipality. Tamang was elected as the deputy mayor of Namobuddha Municipality in 2074. She has been working for the rights of single women for a long time. Jangam is a legal practitioner. Lama is a foreign employment practitioner. 

The Congress, on the other hand, has not included any candidate from Kavre in the proportional list.
