It is a memorable event in Nepali politics that the democracy brought by all the parties came together within a few years. If this incident is still remembered, that day happened on the 7th of February .

2049 On February 7, the program of Democracy Day was organized under the chief hospitality of Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala. Everyone was invited. However, the left-wing parties including the UML, the main opposition in the parliament, and the United Janamorcha and the Nepal Labor and Farmers Party boycotted the government program.

And, they celebrated Democracy Day by organizing a separate event. In the background of the Left Party boycotting all programs attended by Prime Minister Koirala, Democracy Day was also connected. 

UML President Manmohan Adhikari held a tea party at his residence Maharajgunj on the occasion of Democracy Day. In which Nepali Congress Supreme Leader Ganeshman Singh, Home Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Kathmandu Municipality Mayor PL Singh and other leaders-activists participated.

Since the formation of the government, Ganeshman Singh was dissatisfied with Koirala's working style. He had been expressing his displeasure publicly. In this background, Ganeshman participated in a tea party organized by Manmohan Adhikari, the leader of the main opposition party in Parliament, who has been boycotting the Prime Minister of his own party.

UML boycotted Prime Minister Koirala but Home Minister Deuba and Supreme Leader Ganeshman Singh participated in Manmohan's tea party. The conflict within the Congress was scattered to the surface. At that time, the left parties were taking and remembering February 7 as the day of the Delhi Accord in 2007. However, the movement of 2046, the Congress and the United Left Front cooperated and restored democracy.

The joint front of the Congress and the Left parties announced the movement by holding a joint meeting at Ganeshman's residence Chaksibari on 5th January 2046 . Within three years of bringing democracy through a joint movement, a rift was created between the Left Party and the Congress.
