My tea shop is right next to the East-West highway. Crowds of people gather here. Again, those who have tasted the tea I have prepared come back again. Being disabled myself, I cannot walk outside. But I have enjoyed my family's livelihood by selling tea.

Being on the border of Kailali and Kanchanpur, Gajraula Chowk is often crowded. As there is always a gathering, there are many people sipping tea in the square and chatting about politics . All the leisurely and less leisurely are seen here .

Now I am 53 years old . I am getting physically weak . That's why if one day you can't even make tea, you wonder how you will support your family. Even the village on the side of the road is sometimes flooded. When it comes to fire . When is stolen . That's why the worry of what will happen again keeps bothering me . Businesses should be raised from zero during such disasters . When you have to invest again, the amount saved will be spent.

When Josh was young, he was very passionate. At that time, I used to do heavy lifting work in Nainital, which is nearby from here . Physical condition was good at that time . Sometimes there is an emergency in life. In 2051, while traveling on the roof of a bus, he fell and injured his leg. Lives were saved. But even after long treatment, the right leg had to be amputated. The left leg is also weak.

After losing his leg, there was no need to carry heavy things . After leaving the job in Nainital, I returned to the village in 2054 and started a tea shop at Gajraula Chowk. Since then I am enjoying it .  Along with

tea, I also make pakodas, samosas and other ingredients. Mrs. Lakshmidevi helps for this . She prepares all the stuff. Then I can cook all the tea, samosas and pakodas . Dishes are also washed by wife and daughter-in-law. After making the tea, customers take it themselves . It's like 'self service'.

I only make it and put it in the glass . I stay in the shop from 5 am to 8 pm . After that, I close the shop and sleep in the hut built next to it . The house is a little far from the shop . When it became difficult to move around in a wheel chair, I started to make a tent near the shop and sit.

There is only one piece of Ghaderi in the name of the land . Children and grandchildren live in it . The son is unemployed. That's why I have to bear all the house expenses. From educating grandchildren to home rations, clothes, tea and dumplings have been sold. 15/20 thousand per month is spent on this.

I am saving 200 in cooperative daily . But when needed, the same amount is taken out for living. Household expenses are more than how many tea-dumplings are sold in a day . That is a happy thing for me.

Being a roadside shop, there are sometimes thefts. It happened once. The flood of 2065 washed away all the goods and utensils inside the shop. But I didn't lose courage . Blaming fate, I went about my business . I am working diligently thinking that life is a struggle and I have to go through the struggle.

Krishnapur municipality gave wheel cheer . That got old . I can't use a wheel chair to get around. I also think that if a donor helped with a scooter, it would have been easier to go home, and I would not have had to stay in a prison. Don't mind, what are you thinking about!
