Since my family is involved in politics, it was easy for me to join politics despite my young age. The family has been seeing social work since childhood. For the same reason, there was a mentality that something should be done for the society.

When it was decided to compete in the local level elections of 2079, the youth of the village were excited. They supported it with the hope that change would happen. After winning the election and becoming the president, various problems were seen in the municipality. The municipality runs in a different way. There are many problems in education and health. The budget for building physical infrastructure is insufficient. 

During more than half of the 5-year tenure, I believe that I have been able to accomplish 50 percent of the purpose with which I was the president. Even though the budget is insufficient, we have prioritized the construction of school infrastructure. Out of the 12 community schools in the municipality, four are operating at the secondary level. The government has given permission for the operation of secondary level schools. However, the post of teachers has not been increased. We have managed the teachers by the decision of the village board. We have arranged salary and service facilities from internal sources. We also built a building. So far, the infrastructure problems of 9 schools have been solved. The rest of the schools are also in the process of infrastructure construction. 

The government itself determines and sends the budget to the health sector. We have added posts to health posts and birthing centers that do not have posts. Medicines are not given to lack. Arrangements have been made to provide regular services to the people. We have increased surveillance on healthcare workers who are not working. The municipality has also added some machines and equipment to the public health laboratory built by the state government. There are two birthing centers in operation in the municipality. We are making one state-of-the-art. 

When education comes to the local level, many distortions have been seen. At the time of recruitment by the rural municipality, there is pressure from many sides to keep their own people. Transferring teachers who don't teach and don't come on time has brought political pressure. The political pressure in the recruitment process was removed when teachers came from outside. Just as education has been kept under the local level, the posts also had to be sent. Budget should be arranged.

The government should be able to arrange for MBBS doctors at the municipal level. In the meantime, the state government had decided. However, it could not be implemented. Patients have not been able to get good treatment at the health post in Ahew. The budget of the municipality is not enough for the construction of the health post. We demand at the center.

We have provided various skill training and training to the youth. We have intended that the youth who go for foreign employment should learn some skills. Even in the rural municipality, when there is a vacancy for a job, we have given priority to the youth here. We have given technical knowledge to electricians, plumbers, masons. The idea is to take people from the village and develop it. 

There is no environment for planned work in the municipality due to political conflict. Maybe because he is young, he has not been able to get support from many old leaders. For 'retail' jobs it is more complicated. Why was the drain not built? Why is the road not sloped? There is never a discussion about why the building is being constructed late. It became customary to protest for the sake of protest. There is opposition to the work sharing plan. 

Since there is no majority on the board, there has been a conspiracy to not allow the village council to be held on time. Which results in a low number of the village in the evaluation. This year too, I had written correspondence for the council on time. According to the Local Government Operation Act, the policy program and budget must be submitted to the village assembly by June 10. The deputy mayor did not submit the policy and program at the scheduled time. 

Almost two months after the scheduled time, the village meeting of the current financial year was held. In addition, the minute was torn twice in the meeting. The plan was to fail the village assembly. With the help of the police administration, the council was finally successful. Even though a petition was filed for action against tearing the minute, no action was taken. 

There are 5 wards in Kalikamai. The budget is not enough for development and construction. It is not possible to develop all the wards with the subsidy provided by the Union Government. About one and a half million rupees goes to the teacher's salary. Medicines prescribed by the government had to be bought. We have distributed equal budget in each ward. We are looking at education, health, agriculture, child development and other sectors from the ward level.
