There was a controversy in the House of Representatives after MP Amresh Kumar Singh said that 72 districts, which have been discriminated against in the budget allocation, will be leased. While speaking in Parliament, Singh, an independent MP, said that only five districts were lucky in the budget and the rest of the districts were discriminated against.
In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, Singh said, 'I want to request the Nepal government to keep four or five lucky districts in Nepal and lease the remaining 72 districts to another country.
