Karan completed his 100 wickets by catching George Muncie for 8 runs off Dipendrasingh Airy in the second ball of the match and the third ball of his first over.
Karan is the second Nepali player to complete 100 wickets in Twenty20 internationals. Sandeep Lamichhane has taken 111 wickets in 58 matches from Nepal. Sompal Kami is third with 76 wickets in 78 matches, Avinash Bohra is fourth with 75 wickets in 62 matches and Dipendrasingh Airey is fifth in the list of highest wicket takers from Nepal with 50 wickets in 80 matches.
10 years ago, Karan started his Twenty20 international journey by playing against the Netherlands in Amsterdam during Nepal's tour of the Netherlands. Karan and Dipendra have become the players who have played the most 80 matches in Twenty20 internationals for Nepal from the Netherlands match.
