Sushma Karki was interested in make-up from a young age. She used to do school stage performances when she was studying in class 9. Before going on stage, she used to apply foundation, lipstick and ghazal to her friends. It was through this work that she got the chance to learn the process and importance of makeup.

She said, "Even if I had to go to a party somewhere, I had to make up my mom's friend, my friend and the neighbors too." By doing this, I got close to make-up.'

Sushma's family wanted her to make a career by studying dynamic subjects as she excelled in studies. According to that desire, she started studying Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2015. But the pace of study did not make him happy . She remembered those days, "Life started to feel monotonous after reading". Reading every day is reading. Saturday is also not a holiday . Exams should be given every Saturday.' She was successful in one-on-one studies and dropped out at the end of 2016.

Reading The time after leaving was not easy for Sushma . But she was ready to find the path of her interest . That's why she stayed at home and learned makeup through YouTube. She learned new skills by watching makeup videos.

She opened her own YouTube channel in 2017 and a makeup studio in 2018. At that time there was no separate category called makeup. It was called beauty salon and parlour,' she said, 'No one thought that it was just makeup.' Our mind set was similar but I didn't want to work like this.'  She continues to broaden her horizons while continuing to work as both a

content creator and makeup artist. At the age of 21, Sushma had become an entrepreneur. Sushma, known as 'Kesushkalology' on Instagram, is now the founder of SIS Beauty Academy. Through SIS Beauty Academy, she has employed 10 people and 4 people in content creation . Not only this, Sushma also gives make-up classes. Conducts workshops .

Sushma has her own ideas about make-up and sun care. Make-up is done to bring out the best version of yourself. Makeup doesn't hide itself . It helps show your beauty,' she says.

In the beginning, a well-educated girl left CA and started doing make-up. It makes good sense that you can make good money for coming and working now. I am happy,' she said .

In Kantipur's video program 'Beyond the Feeds' , Sushma has told in detail about her struggles, the challenges of being a content creator and an entrepreneur at the same time.
