Kantipur Max HD is going to telecast all the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket matches live. According to Kantipur Media Group (KMG), Kantipur Max Television will broadcast live all 74 matches of this IPL season.
The IPL, which started in 2008, is one of the richest cricket leagues in the world. The 18th season of IPL is starting on Saturday. On the first day, Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore are playing at the Eden Garden Stadium in Kolkata. The final match will be held at Eden Gardens on May 25.
'Match previews and reviews will be made by Nepali players, former players, coaches and journalists, which will help to understand the IPL closely,' Mahesh Swaran, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KMG said, 'IPL is the main place to promote its products in the Indian market throughout the year. The Nepali market has also got a chance to promote its brand on the IPL platform.' CEO Mahesh Swaran expressed his belief that IPL will add more enthusiasm to the enthusiastic Nepalese audience due to the success of Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket.
