Burlakoti, Parajuli and Neupane support Acharya for the post of RSP General Secretary

Candidates for the post of General Secretary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Kavindra Burlakoti, Ganesh Parajuli, and Pramod Neupane have decided to withdraw their candidacies and support Bipin Acharya.

RSP General Secretary candidates Kavindra Burlakoti, Ganesh Parajuli and Pramod Neupane have decided to withdraw their candidacies and support Bipin Acharya.

Talking to journalists at the ongoing RSP General Convention venue in Chitwan, they announced that they would continue to support Acharya. Acharya is the outgoing Joint General Secretary.

Announcing the withdrawal of candidacies, Parajuli said that Jagdish Kharel and Shishir Khanal have also decided to support Acharya.

Neupane said that they have decided to support Acharya in the upcoming process as they are moving forward according to a mutual agreement and a more democratic method in the selection of office bearers.

Acharya has expressed his commitment to move forward with the goal of uniting the party under one thread.

There were 10 candidates for the post of General Secretary. Earlier, Jagdish Kharel has withdrawn his candidacy.

Apart from this, Manish Jha, Rajunath Pandey, Ranju Darshana, Ganesh Karki, Sagar Dhakal are in the fray for the post of General Secretary.
