The leader of the main opposition party, the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party, Bhishma Raj Angdembe, has said that he is ashamed to see the ruling party MPs who are asking questions about whose land Nepal has encroached on. In the House of Representatives meeting on Wednesday, leader Angdembe said that some ruling party MPs have been running around saying that Nepal has encroached on India's border while they should have been saying that their country has not encroached on anyone's border. He also said that the Congress is not a party of 'corpses and slaves'. Angdembe also said that he has seen a very sad scene of people committing suicide due to their ability to ask questions in Parliament.
'Speaker, if someone from the position of power dares to ask whose border my country has encroached on, I am ashamed of myself.' On the contrary, some MP friends wanted to use this word to confirm that Nepal has crossed the border with India, but I say that it has been running with force since the beginning,' he said.
Leader Angdembe also said that the world knows that Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura are Nepal's land. He also said that the solution to the border dispute should be finalized through intensive diplomatic dialogue.
