Prime Minister Balendra Shah has also warned Health and Population Minister Nisha Mehta. The Prime Minister's Secretariat has stated that Minister Mehta has also been warned about the controversy involving Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Deepak Kumar Sah.

RSP President Ravi Lamichhane had recommended to Prime Minister Shah to warn Health and Population Minister Nisha Mehta, saying that she did not show the expected seriousness in discharging her responsibilities. The Central Disciplinary Commission, while studying the evidence and details received, stated that Deepak Kumar Sah was reactivated on the board under the influence of his official position after being elected as an MP and appointed as a minister.

Prime Minister Shah removed Sah from the post of minister on Thursday as per the recommendation of the RSP. On Thursday, RSP President Ravi Lamichhane had recommended action to the Prime Minister for Labor Minister Sah for abusing his position as a minister and involving his wife in regular work as a member of the Health Insurance Board, which has been inactive for a long time.

Earlier, on Wednesday, the RSP Central Disciplinary Commission had submitted a detailed study on the matter and a report to the party demanding action against Sah. RSP President Lamichhane had submitted the commission's report to Prime Minister Shah, concluding that Minister Sah's activities would seriously damage the party's image, ideals, principles and dignity.

Press expert Deepa Dahal informed that Prime Minister Shah had dismissed Labor Minister Sah from his post on the same recommendation and basis.
