Now, the general public who want to meet the minister will have to register their names by filling out the Google form available on the ministry's website at least a day in advance.

According to the information issued by the ministry, the meeting time has been fixed only from 3 pm to 4 pm. Since the meeting is possible only within that time frame, service recipients have been urged to pay attention to time management.

The Tourism Minister said: Do not misuse the photos taken with me

The ministry has stated that the topics of the meeting will be mainly related to culture, tourism and civil aviation. However, meetings on other topics can also be held, for which there is a provision to provide details under the 'Other' heading in the form.

According to ministry officials, this decision is expected to make daily workflow more efficient and provide easy access to service recipients.

Earlier, Minister Poudel had issued a notice on social media urging people visiting him not to misuse the photos taken by them. He has also banned taking digital devices including mobile phones into the office during meetings.
