The ruling JSP and LOSPA have increased pressure on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to replace their party's ministers. The Central Executive Committee meeting of Jaspa held on Saturday decided to recall its ministers and appoint new ministers. Jaspa has given Prime Minister Oli an 'ultimatum' until August 11 to change the minister.

Jaspa's Pradeep Yadav is the Water Minister and Navalkishore Sudi is the Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens. The names of Birendra Mahato in place of Yadav and Ranjukumari Jha in place of Sudi have been submitted to the Prime Minister. After Minister Yadav objected to the said decision and said that he would not step down from the post, Jaspa gave an ultimatum to Prime Minister Oli to change the minister by deciding from the meeting of the Central Executive Committee.

Jaspa MP Mahato said that he was supposed to become a minister for one year, including the three-month tenure of the UML-Maoist alliance before the equation with the Congress. According to that, the party also gave a name for the minister. However, since there has been no change so far, the party has had to give an ultimatum,' he says, 'If our minister is not changed by August 11, the party has decided to resign on the same day while retaining the vote of confidence in the government.' When the Prime Minister did not change the minister even after a month of submitting the names, LOSPA President Mahanth Thakur met Prime Minister Oli and pressed him a few days ago. A year ago, the decision of who to send as a minister from the party was made in Shukla's residence. "In a meeting held at my residence, there was a gentleman's agreement that Mahantji would go to Bhandariji for one year and then send me," Shukla said, "It was not because of a fight within the party, but because of the Prime Minister's delay that it was stopped." He was prepared to make extensive changes in the cabinet to strengthen the government and address the discontent within the party. Prime Minister Oli was planning to change at least four ministers from UML. However, the cabinet reshuffle has stopped after the Congress refused to change its ministers. 

Communications and Information Technology Minister Prithvisubba Gurung, who is also the spokesperson of the government, accepted that there was a suggestion to change the minister from JSP and LOSPA. "What they (JSP and LOSPA) say should be done accordingly. It might be talking. You may have seen the reference. It is not a matter of the Prime Minister to take a stand on other party's issues. You may think that it is better to do everything at once. The president also makes decisions about our party. It's the same with other parties," said Gurung.

Congress is not in favor of changing ministers, he said. It is the Prime Minister's talk of making changes together. If not, it will be JSP and LOSPA," Minister Gurung said. He says that it is not true that UML has stopped because the Congress is not ready. UML is sovereign whether to change its ministers or not. It does not mean that UML will not exist as soon as Congress does not exist. It's just that it's better to do it together," he said. 

The matter of changing the minister has increased the difference of opinion between the chairman Rai and the party's deputy general secretary and water supply minister Yadav within the JSP. MP Mahato says that if Yadav does not leave the ministry, the controversy will increase. Hopefully, the Prime Minister will change the ministers from Jaspa. Otherwise, it seems that there will be a big problem within our party," he said. "We don't have the courage to divide the party itself. However, the controversy will increase.'

There are 7 MPs of Jaspa in the House of Representatives. Jaspa led by Upendra Yadav, Nepal was divided and Jaspa was formed under the leadership of Ashok Rai. There are four MPs from the LOSPA, another party that is pushing to change the minister. If one of these two withdraws support, Prime Minister Oli will have to take a vote of confidence from the House of Representatives. According to the constitutional provision, the Prime Minister must seek a vote of confidence from the House of Representatives within 30 days after the party participating in the government withdraws its support. 

Civil Immunity, which participated in the government, withdrew its support due to internal disputes within the party and sat in opposition in the House of Representatives. Arun Kumar Choudhary, who was the Minister of State for Tourism, did not leave the post and Ranjita Shrestha Choudhary became the party's president once again, after the legalization of civil liberties, civil emancipation has joined the ruling party. The party had submitted a letter withdrawing its support to the government to Speaker Devraj Ghimire. 

However, the prime minister did not start the process of taking the vote of confidence and waited until the civil immunities support the government again. Currently support 

Chairman Shrestha has withdrawn the letter of withdrawal and Oli has been relieved from having to take a vote of confidence as the civil rights have come to the side of the ruling party. However, the ultimatum given by JSP and LOSPA to change the minister and Congress's unwillingness to change the minister has put pressure on Oli.

We are working hard to make the government successful and the prime minister strong. We are working honestly. But some people are trying to turn politics into a business. Their motives do not matter to this government. 

Has the party decided to recall the ministers in the government and send new ones?

We don't know.

When you became a minister, was there an agreement to go back in 1 year and make another MP a minister?

No such agreement has been reached. 

Is it your opinion that sitting in the government should work continuously and not cause any obstacles?

The place where the people work is the government. Some people have tried to turn politics into a business. There are such people in our party too. The prime minister has not said anything about the change of minister. I have awakened a sleeping ministry and shown it to be working.
