Holi has started in Basantpur. On Thursday, Holi is celebrated with gusto in the Himalayan and hilly districts of Nepal. Today, Holi celebrations have started in the Himalayan and hilly regions of the country including Kathmandu. People have gathered to celebrate Holi in Vasantpur.
