Pushpalal is one of the pillars of the Nepali Communist movement who believes that not the physical situation according to the theory, but the principle according to the physical situation, principles, organization and struggle are the keys to radical change, people must be conscious, workers must be organized, change is inevitable, no power in the world can stop it.

Remembrance of history is done to make the present dynamic. Pushpalal's contribution to the communist movement and democratic movement of Nepal is unique. The communist heart must be large, sincere and active. People's interests should be considered dearer than their lives.

Personal interests must be subordinated to the interests of the revolution. Pushpalal is the common property of the Nepali communist movement that one should stick to the right principles, fight tirelessly against wrong thinking and ideas. Puspalal is the pinnacle of the communist movement who studies the life world and philosophy, always stands for the truth, is the most visionary, self-motivated, studious, who can analyze the concrete situation in a concrete way.

If democratic centralism is not implemented in the Communist Party, chaos will appear in the life of the party itself. Democracy and centralism are two initiatives of party organization, which always need to be balanced. Freedom without discipline is arbitrary, discipline without freedom is tyrannical. In order to establish the belief that the two sides of these two scales should always be equal and balanced, Pushpalal established the principle of democratic centralism in the Leninist organizational system within the Communist Party.

After the infiltration of disguised elements within the party, he conducted a non-compromised inter-party struggle against the right or left incitement within the communist movement of Nepal, and campaigned for the end of autocracy outside. According to the materialistic rules of history, the truth can be covered for one or two days, months or years, but the final truth is the truth. 

is a Marxist dynamic science, it is applied by analyzing the social structure, geography, etc. of the country. This is what Pushpalal tried to use. When he was used in this way, he was sometimes accused of being pro-Congress and sometimes pro-India within the communist movement. In fact, he was neither a terrorist, nor pro-Congress, nor pro-Indian. Defeated by the extreme left and right wing who accused him, today they sing the praises of Pushpalal and celebrate his memorial day. In politics, no permanent power can be friend or foe forever. 

Today's friendship can be tomorrow's enemy. It all depends on the situation in the country. Pushpalal used to say that with the change in the political situation, there will be a change in the mutual relations of different classes and class levels. Just as Kesharjang Rayamazhi, a traitor within the communist movement, worked as a royal spy after the scandal of 2017 to reduce the momentum of the movement against feudalism, and wanted to split the communist movement in favor of the royal panchayat system by spreading various types of illusions, fighting against it and refuting the alleged delusional false propaganda, Pushpa Lal did the work of revitalizing the communist party. 

Since the communists work, sweat and raise their voices in favor of the people, it was natural for the reactionary traitors to use Sam, Dam, Punishment, Discretion to weaken the communist movement. At that time, Rayamazhi had raised the false slogan of the third way to hide his treacherous work in front of the exploited and suffering people and to become a confidant through the brokering of the exploiters. But there cannot be a third way, there cannot be a policy between the ways, Pushpalal played an important role in saving the communist movement by debunking it saying that they only used the slogan of the third way to cover their treacherous face and to hide their harmony and alliance with the reactionaries. 

When distortions appear in the inner workings of the party, naturally, the person's mind also rusts. It affects the party. In the words of Pushpalal, 'how does the river often change its course? What is the main reason for this? The main reason for this is found with the river itself. That is, when the soil carried by the river accumulates in the drain every day, the level of the drain is higher than the river's level and the river has to change its course.''

The central leadership of the Communist Party is the heart of the party, if it moves forward in the right direction, the party will move forward in the right direction. Pushpalal Samanti said that the behavior of showing pride and arrogance, maintaining prejudice and favoring some is a feudal character. This party was not formed only by the hard work of one person, but by the dedication, dedication and sacrifice of all, the party has reached this stage. In the capitalist competition, the strong will crush the weak, while in the socialist competition, the weak should be strengthened to lift everyone up.

We are Marxist-Leninists. We are scientific materialists. Our job is to arrive at the truth. We are not afraid of the truth but we are always looking for the truth. We cannot arrive at the truth without discovering the governing laws of any object, event, movement, etc. Our party's principles should be proven in practice and the people who are in the leadership should never violate the party's constitution, rules, tradition, and method. We communists are not a kirtanmandali chanting Marxism-Leninism, nor is this party a mechanical combination of various factions and sub-factions. It is the organizational life of the proletariat and working class organized on the basis of a certain purpose, strategy and organizational policy. 

At this time, the seed planted by Pushpalal has become a source of inspiration for the Communist Party. On this basis, the communist movement of Nepal is advancing with dynamism. Pushpalal never became a minister by pursuing opportunism, nor did he try to kill the movement like Rayamazhi by being in the leadership.
